Major areas of focus for the project included the underground mine plan and budget, future mine design, ventilation design, long-hole stoping methods and design, and other potential risk to the plan.
Roughstock was asked to provide a third-party review of an internal FS being completed by a major PGM producer who was updating a Life-of-Mine (LOM) plan to increase production to fill the existing mill to capacity. Roughstock personnel completed multiple on-site visits to observe underground conditions and work with company personnel to determine existing conditions and plans to increase production.
