Godfrey Mhembere

Senior Mining Engineer

Mr. Mhembere is a Senior Mining Engineer with over 40 years of experience in underground and surface mining of gold, nickel, and copper in Zimbabwe, and a variety of surface and underground mines in the western United States and South America. Mr. Mhembere joined Roughstock Mining in 2012. Godfrey’s experience includes underground mine design in a variety of mines and metals using Vulcan and Deswik software, in which he has extensive experience using. Some of the projects that Mr. Mhembere has been involved includes co-ordination of major mine expansion, short, medium, and long-term development and production planning, and design of vertical development for muck movement, and mine drainage programs.  He has also designed and scheduled open pit mines for a variety of minerals.
